
Straightforward approach - Late implant placement
Late implant placement is a reliable treatment option for every surgeon. The placement of implants following a 6-8 month waiting period improves wound healing, facilitates soft-tissue management and simplifies surgery. Ridge preservation procedures undertaken directly after tooth extraction minimize bone resorption during this waiting period and therefore preserve the ridge volume.1
