Ridge Preservation - Straightforward approach

A Ridge Preservation may conserve more than 90% of the volume following tooth extraction.1 Therefore, after careful curettage, the cavity is filled with the bone substitute material Geistlich Bio-Oss® Collagen and covered with the collagen membrane Geistlich Bio-Gide®.

The procedure is easy to perform, minimally invasive and is associated with little pain for the patient. Ridge Preservation maintains the ridge dimensions after tooth extraction and provides a solid basis for implant insertion2 or bridge restoration3.
