The Presenter’s Kit website (hereinafter called “website”) is maintained by Geistlich Pharma AG (hereinafter called “promoter”). The promoter is a scientifically driven company in the field of regenerative dentistry. The website exists with the intention of providing content and technical platforms for cooperation projects that maintain the highest standards of ethical behaviour and information integrity. The promoter and its agents will make every effort to provide up-to-date technical solutions and information in order to provide a useful resource primarily for healthcare specialists and people working in the healthcare environment in the field of regenerative dentistry.
3. Intended Users
The website is intended only for healthcare professionals (healthcare professionals include physicians, dentists, pharmacists, , assistants, nurses and others who are trained to provide some type of health care service and who are at least 18 years old), hereinafter called “users”.
The website is aimed exclusively at users acting in a professional capacity or as a representative of legal entities and not as private end-users.
5. Purpose of the Website
The promoter wishes to provide its stakeholders with a web-based cooperation platform for selected projects – defined by the promoter – especially in the fields of regenerative dentistry where they can gather and / or exchange their experiences and knowledge related to healthcare topics. The website
will organize information about therapeutic areas, case collections and/or surveys. Voluntary associations of selected individuals will create various open-source materials on the platform, such as information about therapeutic areas, case presentations, surveys, education tools, diagnostic and treatment guidelines. The information provided on this website is for informational and educational purposes only.
6. Identification and Access Rights
Every user of the website needs a user number and a password to connect to a specific project. The promoter will provide the user with a user number and a hidden password. At the first log-in the user will have to change the password and provide sufficient profile information for administrative purposes, such as country of residence and confirmation of being a healthcare professional.
7. Right of Use
The user may log into the website with his or her user identification number and initial password (provided by the promoter within an existing project). After a successful log-in, the user will be linked to a secure platform dedicated to a project. The user can then post contributions, texts, analyses, comments, questions, presentations, images and data sheets relating to the purpose of the project. This information may be read by other accredited users and/or moderators within the same project on the website, or by the website administrative staff for technical or administrative purposes.
The user must take all necessary steps to ascertain that any information found on the website is correct and is correctly referenced (double-check information with other independent sources).
It is not permitted to upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available on the website any content that is deemed to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invading privacy or publicity rights, hateful or racist, sexist, chauvinistic, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
It is forbidden to upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available on the website any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation.
It is also forbidden to upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available on the website content that, in the sole judgment of the promoter or its partners in the website’s projects, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the website or which may expose the promoter or its users to harm or liability of any kind.
The use of the website is free and non-commercial. The users of the website may not download, copy or print any portion of the website for anything other than personal use. Commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
8. Website Content

The promoter reserves the right to launch, discontinue, modify, add and delete information and projects at its discretion.
The website may contain information on medical and health-related topics. This information is not meant to be a substitute for the advice to a patient provided by his or her own physician or other medical professional. This information should not be used for diagnosing a personal health problem or a personal disease. Even if a statement made about a health condition or diagnosis or treatment is accurate, it may not apply to the user’s condition.
