Application
Preparation of Geistlich Bio-Oss Pen® is quick and easy:
- Tear off the protective seal and unscrew the protection cap
- Do not remove the red/green filter cap
- Place the filter cap into sterile physiological saline solution or patient blood
- Pull the plunger back and press down several times until Geistlich Bio-Oss® is completely moistened
- Gently press the plunger to eject any excess fluid
- Replace the filter cap with the curved applicator tip
- Apply directly to the surgical site
Product Range
Geistlich Bio-Oss Pen® is available pre-filled with small granules (green filter cap) or large granules (red filter cap).
Geistlich Bio-Oss Pen® with small Geistlich Bio-Oss® granules (green filter cap: 0.25-1 mm)
- Good adaptation to surface contours allowing close contact with bony defect walls
